Three step process. The first interview was a short phone call to check know if I was still available and interested, I was also told a bit more about what the position entailed.
The second interview was a Skype interview, a little long, mostly got asked questions about how I would solve this or that situation in a foreign country.
Third part was an in person interview in their offices in Madrid with other people in the group interviewing for the same process as you, adds a little pressure for sure. This was done by their CEO or director.
