Flynn Group interview questions

The interview process was awesome in my opinion. The communication surrounding every step was clear and followed. HR was positive, friendly, and genuinely showed how much they loved working at Flynn. There was one over the phone interview, one Teams interview, then an in-person interview with who would be my manager, their manager and my counterpart. The in-person interviews were individual, on that same day, and right after the other. When I was asked to come in for an in-person interview, I was asked if I needed any accommodations, which I thought was awesome.

Interview process was a mix of virtual and in person with HR, hiring manager and some of the teammates. Overall a positive experience and felt like I had a good understanding of the role
