Task based process e.g getting given a basket of random items and using your intuition to put them back to where they belong. As this was a group interview communicating and working together with applicants was necessary.

Comfortable and friendly, they were very kind and chatty. It felt like they were very interested in hearing about me, my skills and my past experience. Questions were pretty standard but phrased in ways that were a little confusing at times.

Interview
I got an interview with Flying Tiger regarding Retail Sales position in one of their stores. The interview took place in the stores mini office/storage room, I was offered to sit on a ladder. This was something different, but besides that, the interviewer was great (she was the store manager), she was pleasant and kind. Since she understood I was only entering the job market then, she even gave me some tips how to improve my CV. I knew they won't hire me, but they still had an interview and gave me the chance to learn.
