After applying online, I received an invite for a phone screening. After the screening I was scheduled for a phone interview with the Director and Department Manager. Straight forward questions and everyone I spoke with was very nice. I received a voicemail informing me I was not selected for the position and providing the reasoning behind the decision. I’ve never had a company give such a personalized rejection and offering me to contact them with any follow up questions...it was very refreshing and appreciated.

I interviewed with the manager of the group, others I’d be interacting with, and the members of the group. There were multiple rounds of interviews, first a phone interview and then day two different groups interviewed me. First “senior management” and secondly immediate co-workers. Finally there was a “test” or “quiz” that seemed to bee the most important part of the whole process.
