      Test Engineer Interview

      25 May 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Vernon, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flowserve (Vernon, CA) in May 2013

      Interview

I applied online after seeing their posting on Linkedin and recieved a call about a phone interview about a week later. The interview was a typical personality type interview where that asked questions to see how you react in certain scenarios. The interview went well and they said to expect a call back within a week. When I didn't hear from them I emailed the recruiter and she kept me updated till they had made their decision about 2 weeks later. They ended up highering within the company and I was not offered a second round interview. Other than that I thought the process was very professional and they responded quickly to any emails that I sent.

      Question 1

There were no difficult questions asked, however they did tell me to prepare for the second round saying that it would be more technical.
