Interview
I was applying as a graduate student for a recruitment workshop at Flow Traders in Amsterdam. I was required to support my cv with a motivational letter. Then followed the typical online math test, for which I was asked to install software that enabled the recruiter to monitor me while completing the test.

Question 1
The math test took 8 minutes. It is standard for applying for any trader position at this company. Tests like these may be practiced for at tradertest.org. The difficulty is high enough to wield out anyone who has not practiced seriously or is not naturally fluent in computation. No pen and paper allowed.
