I had an excellent overall interviewing experience with Flow. From the very first call with the recruiter, all throughout my conversations with engineers and the head of HR. Everyone truly seemed to care about my experience as a candidate. I directly reached out to them on LinkedIn after learning from Flow from a Youtube talk on microservices by CFO. They quickly responded to me. The recruiter was great and helped me in every step of the interview process. In addition to the technical interview, I also got the chance to meet the head of people, which I got to know more about the company culture and their plans to grow. I honestly think it's a great company to work at, and any engineer should be excited about the prospect of working for Flow.
