Two interviews by Zoom, they both asked generic questions about why I would like to work with them. Also, how would I act in a certain situation. The interviewers were taking notes and not engaging much.

Be prepared to have key points about yourself that you want to get across in group settings. It was an inspiring experience- try it! The staff couldn't have been kinder and cheered us on the entire time. They genuinely want to find good people to join their team.
