The process included initial "screening tests" for personality/cognitive traits. An asynchronous recorded interview in which a video of an HR employee asking a question would play, and then you would have to record a response. After the recorded interview, I was selected to participate in a test project, A member of HR sent me files with logos and other brand assets, along with a brand guide.
Multiple weeks passed between each "step" in the interview process, with the date applied and the date I received the rejection email being over a month and a half apart from one another. I found the recorded video "interview" to be the most frustrating part of the process. As an interviewee, it didn't allow me to show my personality or skills in a natural way, nor did it give me the opportunity to ask any questions about the organization.
