Interview
FIU placed advertisement on several websites on the internet. Then they collect applications, send interview invitation to those qualified candidates. They come onsite for a one day interview; talking to HR, future boss, some other people. During the process, you also get chance to talk about your salary. They will offer you if they decided you are OK by a official letter.
An all-day interview with numerous administrators and instructors from the school that asked questions about community, experience, and vision, including a demo teach that incorporated a reflection. A nice conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion too.
