It was originally a phone call and then a zoom meeting. The first lasted probably 10 minutes and the second lasted around 20 minutes. It was a smooth interview process.

The interview process consisted of an initial interview and a follow-up. Both of the interviewers were very nice and personable! Two thirty min interviews plus a career preparation meeting is quite a fast interview process. A Lot of soft ball questions, almost all are personality based.

1.) Informational zoom call with all other potential candidates. 2.) 1 on 1 interview with a junior advisor 3.) 1 on 1 interview with the president of that location. 4.) Job offer.
