I'm not even sure how I got in contact with this company. I have my resume uploaded on Indeed, but I did not apply for this position. I got a phone call telling me they were interested in interviewing me. The lady I spoke with said the job would be working with an auto glass repair company, and setting up claims. I decided to give the interview a shot. The next day I drove 20 minutes out to go to the interview. When I got there I was given a paper application to fill out. Something off-putting to me was that the application asked for my car make and color - absolutely arbitrary to me. I was called in to interview by some guy. . The interview was only three minutes long. First, the position he described was completely different than what the lady had said on the phone. The woman I spoke with also told me to bring my resume. The interviewer did not even ask to take a look at it. He did not ask me much about my background, or my career goals. He did not even attempt small talk. Instead, this company wasted my time. I have no problem with being rejected from a job, but something about this company felt predatory. They did not radiate professionalism in the slightest, and only giving candidates a three minute interview makes me question their hiring process, and what they are judging candidates on.
