The process began with a call from their recruiter. He was very knowledgable about the team and company and easy to talk to. He didn't rush me through the call at all like many recruiters do. We then forwent the follow up call with the head of product and went straight through to the in-person interview which included meeting with the head of product, a product manager, and the two current designers.
