FloWorks International interview questions

It was quick and informative. The interview manager was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable during the interview. She explained the neccesary job duties, and there was another manager on the line.

It went great with the Director and CFO for over 2 hours , but when I went to HR it went downhill in 10 minutes. HR wanted to low ball me on salary, especially when I would be working long hours and be on call. The recruiter already discussed salary so it was confusing why HR made an issue of the money, especially when the Director and CFO were in agreement. The HR person also made an excuse of why I wasn't a good fit, even though they knew what my background was from day one. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and time off from my job. Very inconsiderate!
