I applied directly online and was invited to a first round very quickly. There was clear expectations explained around the process and timing of second round interviews should I have been successful in the first round. I was called back after two weeks for a second round interview and whilst this may seem like a long time this was fully explained from the onset. The interviews were very pleasant and a really enjoyable experience, focusing on the competency and fit in the team and company. The openness of the interviewer allowed for open and honest discussions, which actually led to both the interviewer and I determining that other finance aspects should be brought into the role.
