Thanks for this feedback! You may be surprised, but we do typically interview all team members - leadership or otherwise - in our Lobby most of the time! This is a great space to showcase the units as well as do a building walk if it is required.
Very easy just want to see if you are a decent talker. They asked if I was into movies. It was a brief conversation with two people and then I was hired.
the process was extremely easy, though they should have mentioned that they break the law and that the shifts are 10-12 hours without breaks or time to even eat. words words words words
