Interview

Interview
I applied for the Robotics Machine Learning Engineer for the upcoming robotics lab in Bologna.
First interview with HR, mostly a describe yourself, positive experience.
The second interview was more technical, with the technical team leader. Even though the position only required a Python proficiency, I was mostly asked about C++ and CMake stuff. The only question about ML was to explain the difference between regression and classification, I mean okay. I guess they don't really need a ML engineer.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at FlexLink (Gothenburg, Västra Götaland) in May 2023
Interview
I am confused about their process. After 5 interview they said that the hiring process for this position is stopped. After about 2 months their job ad is still showing in Linkedin and when I asked them why you didn't continue my process, they answered since you were not a good match with the job. And now I have two different feedback about my process: 1. We rejected you since you were not a good match. 2. We stopped the hiring process for this position. I liked to work in this company but I didn't get a good feeling, they wasted my times, without any clear answer, they rejected me. They got my reference information and connected to them but exact after check reference they just we stopped the hiring process for this position. I can show two different answers they gave me, one in linkedin and one in email. I am confused and really I am going to send this negative feedback for them to update their process. It was related to Gothenburg.
