Panel interview involved 2 managers from technical background and business background respectively. Followed up with a peer chitchat from a peer on the team. The interview was quite a pleasant experience.
Had one call with HR before scheduling next steps. Completed a TestDome assessment (focused on general reasoning), followed by a personality test and one in-person interview. The interview included a panel (two people, including the CTO) and a brief peer-to-peer session.

The interview process was total in 3 steps. First step was the written exam. Second step was the technical interview. Then the last step was a psychometric test. Questions are asked mostly from marine engineering basics.
