      Customer Service Interview

      16 Jun 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fleet Feet

      Interview

Overall my experience interviewing for a position at their corporate/headquarters office was pretty unprofessional. I had an informal interview over the phone and another sometime after, throughout a span of a few months. I thought that their inconsistent communication with me (especially when it came to setting up and confirming interview times) was largely based on our interactions being around some upcoming holidays (it was the end of the year), but this continued into the new year. They missed a scheduled interview they had set up with me and when I reached out to reschedule (unsure if something had happened to HR or whatever), I heard from them one more time to set up a time, and when I reached out to confirm one I never heard from them again until they emailed me months later telling me they would not be considering me further for this position (obviously). At the end of the day, the few times we spoke were very pleasant and easy-going from an interview standpoint but I'm glad it didn't work out because I wouldn't want to deal with such unprofessionalism in an office and ultimately saved me from having to face that.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Interview questions were easy like: "what is my relationship with running?", "what are your career goals?", "what do you like to do outside of work?", etc. Nothing too difficult
