I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fleet Feet (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I emailed my application and talked on the phone a few times before sitting down for an interview over coffee. I had worked at running stores in the past and the interview was pretty laid back, but expectations were laid out clearly.
