Short, 4 person interview. Very basic. Nothing beyond a basic entry level job interview. Unfortunately for me I happened to interview on a day that the store manager, Loss Prevention manager and district manager were in.

Interview
I thought that it went fairly well. I was surprised by the questions asked compared to other places that I have applied to. I thought the interviewer was well informed on the subject matter to discuss the duties that would expected if I was given the job offer.

They asked me what were my three greatest strengths.
Applied online, after a week they gave me a call to come in for an interview. I met with a store manager, the interview took about 45 minutes. He asked basic interview questions, and went over my resume and all previous jobs. They also wanted to know how your previous work related to loss prevention. It was a very relaxed interview with not to much pressure.
