Interview
A recruiter calls you after you've sent an application. You talk about what the job entails and they glitter it up to be this position you can do incredibly well in. No doubt that this is true, but when you get to the signing part of the position (a form, which didn't even have my name on it but someone else's), you'll see the following:
* If a merchant doesn't process any transactions w/in 30 days, you are deducted 100% automatically the approval fees charged to that merchant
* If a merchant account closes w/in 2 months of opening, you lose 100% of your payouts AND large account bonuses. 50% if within 3-6 months.
* If a merchant makes < $5k in sales you won't be paid anything at all AND the merchant will be forced to pay for terminals
Overall this feels like a MLM scheme that is disguised as a great sales position.

It was over the phone, very prompt and professional. The training was scheduled that day over the interview phone call. She also alerted me 5 minutes before the training started.
