Phone interview after completing an online application form. Friendly HR, wanted to know more about my experience and whether I had done agency work in the past. Also wanted to know my availability and how far I would be willing to travel.

A phone call where they ask you about previous experience and skills you've learned. they enquire about your flexibility and explain a little bit more about the selection process for each event. they also explain how the review system works and the skills tests you must take.
