Talked first to someone in HR about the job, and then did 3 interviews with different members of the team I was interning with, including my manager and some other senior members of the team.
One of the employee reached out through LinkedIn, and had initial interview. Had a second round of interview a month later. Process had taken too long. Ghosting after the last interview.

Very easy and seamless process. The recruiter was extremely kind and kept me updated the entire time. Interviewed with the hiring manager and it was pretty much a casual conversation about my resume. Highly recommend Five9 as a summer position!
