I applied in-person. I interviewed at Five Star Senior Living (Jackson, TN) in Nov 2014
Interview
I got hired on the spot, it was pretty simple , she asked me feel questions.but I found out that , they pay thier employees under the table just to work a shift.. I do know they hate helping staff and especially on the weekends. And they leave the Weekend nurse to handle everything. And the cook is very rude to the residents and staff. She really needs to find another job

I applied online through their website and was contacted the next day. I went in for an interview and was greeted by the receptionist and was met by the hiring manager very quickly after. I was asked about previous experience in geriatric care, what my future goals were and why I’d be a right fit, among other questions. I was given a tour and was then presented with a salary offer along with a typical schedule outlook. The hiring manager and other employees were very kind and approachable.
