I was referred by someone I knew & was asked to send in my resume. I came in for 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with the manager & president of the company. The second round was more of a group style interview with manager, president & broker/owner. Pretty straight forward process. The entire processes took about 2-3 weeks.
