Quick hired same day applied. Not a thorough process. Basic questions just to see if you’re competent. There is a phone test that consists of 5-10 questions. They also ask for a recording of your voice to learn how you sound over the phone

Short and direct with a focus on background in customer service and addressing clients/ members. Also asked about availability, specifically on weekend availability during the busy season.Was told training would be short and that was an understatement.
