Very quick, simple questions that get right to the point. Friendly environment with a caring manager who walked me through the process. The hiring process was easy, and relevant questions about the position were helpful.

Question 1
How do you think you perform in high-intensity work environments?
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
