Pretty laid back, you'll sit down with the general manager where they'll ask some basic questions about your education and your passion for fitness. Then will give you a scenario where a client has a certain issue or pain and ask what you would do to help them with it.

it was a 1 hour in person with manager talking about information and 10 minute training simulation at the end. manager explained company policies and asked about past experience and certifications

Need to complete fitness theory and weight training module, will need to work as fitness instructor first before advancing to personal trainer level, they also expect you to be sales person.
