Applied online, went into the gym and received a call back. The hiring manager was nice. They called me the very next day for an interview. Gave me a tour and interviewed me on the spot. The gym was nice.
Super easy and relaxed interview. They had asked general interview questions such as work history and strengths and weaknesses. Took about 15 - 20 minutes and was offered the position afterward.
