Summary
Career growth potential manage an existing portfolio, provide service and retain ultra rich clients bring in new 100M + loaders on monthly basis and you will be able to meet clients face 2 face. However 15K for the deal sizes is a joke. On the other hand the brand name would look good to have on the resume for other jobs in the future.
The concern here was the manager said - You will also do an MIFID II test and you will get the answers so you get approved on the test. Nobody can understand everything in the MIFID II. This mean they probably want you to do mistake and ending up hurting yourself but it could be a good job if you’re able to work fully independently though I got the feeling this job you could need to bring a fake smile and wear a foil hat to fit in. However the interviewer was friendly and the interviewer was well spoken.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Would you prefer giving you critic one to one then in a group?
The initial phone interview felt incredibly rushed. Despite the position being marketed as a wealth management role, it is essentially a high-volume asset-retention phone center. The day-to-day focus is simply convincing clients not to transfer their money out of the firm rather than providing actual, comprehensive wealth management or tailored financial planning services. Very misleading job description.

Interview
Overall process what a little lengthily but interview process was nothing to overly stress about. The first round was an initial screening, covering mostly the position itself and what to expect moving forward. The second-round interview did include a mock client call in which some material was provided beforehand to review.
