I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments
Interview
The hiring process is a three step process. First they screen your resume, for us there were approximately 250 applicants and 15 were selected for the second round interview in the end. The second round interview is on site in San Mateo, they will fly you up if you are not from the Bay Area. You come into the office at 8am and first thing you do is three 45 minute interviews back to back. They ask you questions about the resume and why Fisher and all the stuff you would expect. Then they take you on a tour around their San Mateo office and then drive you up to the Woodside office for lunch.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing that I wasn't expecting. It's just tough to sit in a stuffy room and keep a clear mind.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2021
Interview
Brief phone call to determine if an interview is worth having. Then a "zoom" style interview. No camera by interviewer. Was difficult due to this but the questions were not any that I saw on Glassdoor prior so be wary

I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview last for half hour. The HR first introduced the company to me and then asked me three questions in total. The questions are all behavioral and situational. After that, she asked me if I have any questions about the company

Interview
Positive, then VERY negative. I first met with a friendly representative at my university's career fair, had a casual interview where we went over my past experience and his background. Following this, I spoke to a recruiter over the phone, and we discussed my familiarity with Excel, as well as my past experiences again. She informed me that the company would let me know regarding my candidacy status within a week and a half, but never responded to me. I emailed her approximately 2 weeks after the interview requesting an update on the selection process, and I have yet to hear a response almost 4 weeks later.
