group setting, pyramid scheme vibe. These people seem unprofessional, and they want you to make them commissions just like some sort of MLM scheme. Stay away from this company if you have any self respect. The job application is simply your SSN and your credit card information. This seems like a well-disguised scam of some sort. The est way I can explain it is, the only way i ever felt like this before while going through the "interview process" was the time I was strong-armed by a new car salesman,

Face to face with a manager, then I met with the senior partner. I had the chance to know about the company, the career track which is great and the comensation structure. They emphasized on the qualities they are expecting from candidates
