Process was pretty standard, with an HR phone screen, followed by two Zoom interviews with members of management/supervisory staff. Interviewers didn't show much personality during the meetings and read off typical situational and procedural questions. I also had to complete a computer skills and typing test, which took about an hour. The day after my final interview, I received a generic rejection email with no staff name attached to it. For a firm that raves about its culture, it didn't show much personal interest in me or toward me as a candidate.
