I have applied through job board for opening in Bangalore office. First of all, I didn't like the office at all it was a very small workplace and it didn't felt like a MNC office. But on a positive note, interview process was so organized they dealt with candidates on first come basis. First round was online written exam which I was able to crack and next was technical interview. Two panelist took my interview, one was Manual testing expert and other was Automation expert. I would say they were quite knowledgeable and asked so many good questions. I was holding manual testing experience so I couldn't get through the interview as they needed Manual cum Automation expert. (I would blame HR for not filtering the resumes correctly for the job opening but overall it was a good experience)

Q. About Agile Methodology - whether you worked on Agile or Semi Agile?
Q. Requirement traceability and about ALM?
Q. They asked me to write scenarios for a sample login webpage and asked about which technique you would follow to cover end to end testing?
Q. Difference between Monkey and Exploratory testing?
Q. Difference between Smoke and Sanity testing?
Q. About QTP, Nunit and C# they asked some questions?
I had two rounds. First with QA Lead and final round on site with team and director. Atmosphere was tough. Asked about your current project and all your previous experience.
