Started with a phone screening/interview then in person.
Interviewed with two people at a time (HR and VP) then the second part of the interview was with another VP and a Regional Director. They asked some standard questions but mostly wanted you to ask them questions about the job. They would skirt around some questions such as 'What does the typical day look like". Overall it was an average interview. If you have already worked as an Association Manager the job will be a good fit. If not... good luck.
