Quick interview process. They used the Star format based on their values. Never got back to me following the interview process and I am unsure why. The job still says pending review but it has been a couple of months now

Applied on their career site and within a few weeks got an email to schedule an interview. Panel seemed to be great group of people, but that’s where the good experience ended. After the interview there was no update or communication for months. I thought I did not get the role and was ghosted. Several months later I was contacted with an offer, but I had already accepted another role elsewhere and they seemed surprised and and annoyed that I accepted something else.
