Interview, background check, they get back to you quickly. Must complete drug testing and pass, if you do not pass you,can never work for this company or apply at other locations
They will do a phone interview first, and they will ask some question about why do you want to be a school bus driver and what is your advantages than other candidates.

No interview process, just sign up and pass the background drug and physical test, then fill out paperwork and start training which they’ll provide transportation for and multiple choice testing for your CDL

They are very short staffed right now, so as long as you meet the basic requirements you will be hired. I was not interviewed, I simply started the hiring process.
