Owner is very selective about who is hired. Looks at all aspects of the crew working together as a unit. Needed to have back ground checks and drug test performed prior to being offered a position. Hiring possess required a skill test to be performed to confirm ability to perform required work. This skill test was performed during the first interview with the owner.
