Describe a scenario where you handled a difficult project solo and in a group setting.
Screening interview over a phone call by recruiter, then 30 mins zoom interview with one of the managers. Now waiting on the next steps. They want to make sure they can work with you, and you are willing to commit.

I got the job through a recruiter. The lead EA was very direct and bypassed the lead recruiter in the salary conversation. I wasn’t prepared for that so I agreed and didn’t have time to negotiate like I typically do.
