Super straight forward behaviorals. Multiple rounds to really check fit and interest in company. No technicals at all. Prior accounting experience is recommended in order to be able to read financial statements.

What differentiates FRB from the rest of the competition?
Two interviews, one with the team whom I would be working with and another with a Senior Business Banker. Being from out of state both interviews were conducted online.
