First a phone screen from the recruiter. Then there was a zoom interview with the VP of performance. She felt like it was a good fit so they did two more 1:1 zoom interviews with more team members. After I went through all this the recruiter ghosted me completely and never responded to my email asking for an update. Felt very unprofessional and unorganized.
