Interview
I had two phone interviews, with an HR representative and a department manager. Then I was brought in for a 3 and a half hour interview with about 8 different people. Many of them repeated some of the same questions as the previous people. I thought the interview went well but I have not heard a word from them about a month later.

A lot of questions about how I would deal with trying to get people to change the way they operate the machines.
The interview process was put together very well as I had met multiple people when interviewing before getting an offer. The process went smoothly and the internship program is very collaborative.

Interview
Interview Process was great. I first started out with a phone interview with 2 different people. After both agreeing to bring me in for an on-site interview, I scheduled a date to visit the facility. There, I had 6 people interview which took approximately an hour and a half. They asked many different questions. All the staff members were nice and friendly and respectful. I am really hoping everything keeps moving forward and I get an offer. I am really excited to work there.
