The interview process was a great experience and I walked away actually wanting to join the team. It wasn't until I was actually hired and started working for the company that I quickly realized I was not at all working the position I thought that I was interviewing for. The two people that interviewed me were themselves entirely new to the industry and had no experience doing the work that I was being hired to do for that particular industry. As a result the position and even the work was grossly misrepresented.
