Interview
The company has a STAR program, There is basically no way to fail an interview here. They ask you to explain an example to each and every question then the outcome and then the benefit it would be to the company. If they feel you dint answer properly they will ask you to clarify and pull explanations out of you, It took about 45-50 minuets.

It was a phone interview it lasted 20 minute the questions were mainly about my experience such as Why did you apply at First National of Nebraska, What would you do if we have missing data?
