Recruiter screening call is first step, then hiring team meeting/panel interview , then a paid project to create script and video (gift card), and finally presentation of project to the full team
Long process, inconsistent communication. You meet with multiple people and go through a lengthy assessment. Constantly have to nudge the recruiter as they did not really communicate. Overall not really a great experience.
Applied via LinkedIn and was approached via email. Began the process over the phone with a Recruiter and then interviewed with the team via video calls. Performed an 8 hour (took me 5.5 hours to complete) job assessment between the second and third interviews.
Was a really supportive and enjoyable process and I felt like I could approach my recruiter with any questions and concerns I had through out. Easily the best interview experience I've had in my professional career.
