Application was available online. Simple process. The time spent in waiting for a recruiter or approval/decline was over the top. Received an interview invite. Conducted the interview virtually. Then crickets again. Didn't hear anything back. I finally initiated an email to check status and for interview feedback. Didn't get much other than a decline email almost immediately.
