Well it was a semi informal interview as I had initially started working there as a Manpower short term contractor and they liked my technical resolution skills. So the IT Service Manager at the time took me to lunch and told me about the new position and asked if I would be interested. Later that day I had an "official" interview with the HR rep, which was the same HR rep that I had resolved a major workstation issue for earlier that day, so we ended up talking mostly about how I liked moving to Honolulu and a few more get to know you questions. After they ran a background check they offered me the position. This was back in 2003.
