Interview
Initial interview, they're just asking about you. Work culture preference. Projects you're proud of, what was the challenge and what are the results. Then if you pass(i didn't pass the initial), you'll be given a code test, and then will be forwarded to the senior developers and have the code reviewed. Then proceed to job offer.
