Interview
Small company so the interview process was short and brief. Company president/CEO called me first to interview me via phone. Three days later went for an onsite interview with the CEO and Laboratory Manager. The on-site interview lasted 2 hours. Be expected to go into the lab. The interview went well. Was given an offer within a week.

Question 1
Questions were pretty straight forward about previous experience with equipment and chemistry. In particular they were looking for troubleshooting skills, the ability to wear multiple hats, and familiar with performing regulatory methods.
